Specifications for Sugarcane Molasses

  • Brix (Total Soluble Solids): A key indicator of concentration. The Brix value is typically 80-85%. This is a high concentration, which is standard for molasses used in industrial applications.

  • Total Sugar Content (as Invert): This measures the total amount of sugars (sucrose, glucose, and fructose). The content is generally 50-70% by weight.

  • Moisture Content: The water content is typically 17-25%.

  • pH Level: Molasses is naturally acidic, with a pH range of approximately 5.5-6.5.

  • Mineral Content: It is a rich source of minerals, especially potassium, calcium, and magnesium. These minerals are highly valued in agricultural applications.

  • Appearance: A thick, viscous liquid with a dark brown to black color.

  • Odor and Taste: A distinctive, sweet, and slightly bitter taste with a caramel-like aroma.

PAYMENT TERMS : This is the payment terms of Thailand, no DLC is accepted in any case.

PAYMENT TERMS: IRREVOCABLE (NON-TRANSFERABLE) LETTER OF CREDIT (L/C) AT SIGHT

  • PAYMENT METHOD : PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY AN IRREVOCABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE LETTER OF CREDIT (L/C).

  • ISSUANCE : THE L/C MUST BE ISSUED BY A REPUTABLE INTERNATIONAL BANK THAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO THE SELLER AND MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE SELLER 20 DAYS BEFORE THE VESSEL’S ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATE.

  • PAYABLE AT SIGHT : THE L/C WILL BE PAYABLE AT SIGHT, MEANING PAYMENT WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY UPON THE BANK’S PRESENTATION AND VERIFICATION OF THE REQUIRED SHIPPING DOCUMENTS.

  • REQUIRED DOCUMENTS : UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT, THE SELLER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER:

  • EXPORT LICENSE

  • HEALTH CERTIFICATE

  • CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY

  • CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

  • FTA (FREE TRADE AGREEMENT)

PAYMENT TERMS: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to Bank Account

PAYMENT METHOD : PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BY 100% TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER (T/T) TO THE SELLER’S NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT. 

  • The Buyer is required to remit 100% of the total invoice value to the Seller.

  • TIMING OF PAYMENT: Full payment must be received by the Seller 20 days before the Vessel’s Estimated Arrival Date (ETA) at the port of discharge.

  • Collection of Payment: The Seller will only proceed with the release of the shipping documents after the full 100% payment has been credited to the Seller’s bank account and confirmed.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :

  • UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT, THE SELLER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE BUYER:

    • EXPORT LICENSE

    • HEALTH CERTIFICATE
